Herbalife guarantees the quality of any product which carries the Herbalife name and certifies that the products manufactured for it meet high standards of freshness and purity for customer use.

We are confident that our customers will find our products satisfactory in every way. However, if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any Herbalife product purchased from Complete WellBeing, you may request a refund from Complete WellBeing within thirty (30) days from the date you receive the product. We will offer you a full credit toward the purchase of other Herbalife products or a full refund of the purchase price.

This guarantee is limited only by the terms of certain specific warranties attached to or packaged with certain products and does not apply to any product intentionally damaged or misused. If you are not satisfied, Complete WellBeing will honor the product guarantee quickly and courteously, according to the following instructions:

Before you decide to return your products: 1. Make sure that you are using the products consistently. This simple step solves the majority of issues we come across.
2. Contact Complete WellBeing with any questions regarding product usage or results. We guarantee that results are mandatory for all individuals who use the products consistently and correctly, with our guidance and assistance.
3. If you still would like to return your products, make sure that Complete WellBeing receives your return within thirty (30) days of you first receiving it.

Step-by-step Return Instructions 1. Print out and complete the highlighted areas of the Customer Request for Refund Form (Adobe Acrobat Reader is required).
2. Sign the Retail Order Form (click to see example).
3. Ship the unused portion of the products with the completed Customer Request for Refund Form and Retail Order Form to:

4. Once your shipment is received, Complete WellBeing will process the appropriate refund promptly.

Note
Completed copies of the Retail Order Form and Customer Request for Refund Form must accompany all returns.

Return Shipping Costs
Return costs for shipping and handling are non-refundable.

Cash Refunds
There are no cash refunds on credit card purchases.

Exchanges
If an item is exchanged, new shipping and handling fees will be added.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend that you keep proper Proof of Delivery for any package you ship.

Distributors and Wholesale Club Members
All sales made to Distributors and Wholesale Club Members are final and no returns will be accepted by Complete WellBeing or Herbalife International.
